Speaking with a friend the other day and discovered that there are lessons for managing change in general.
These are the four pillars to keep in mind (in the positive condition):
1. Resistance to change
2. Exploration of new
3. Proactivity of who has to do with the change due to the appreciation of the improvements made
4. Advertising and promotion of change
