Dear former colleagues,
2010 is over and just started in 2011 will feature many hearings even serious enough for the company. In March we will appeal the sentence of five colleagues who have won at first instance, in May, the hearing in which the Regional Employment Board will present the educational project, but before that, on January 21 and February 22 , after 2 years since have been proposed in passing, and after a 4 start of the appeals, there will be the texts for evidence of false complaints about Trapani. Finally!
We are particularly interested in the issue because if there will be no further delay, we finally demonstrate that the company has forged all the documents relating to the first training course and the evidence is really overwhelming, I assure you. These are facts that are accumulated: lack of training project reported in Catania but for everyone, and false witnesses have reported to the Public Prosecutor in Palermo, Trapani and false documents to the province: a picture of the horrors that you go, slowly, by defining that all the judges will know soon and that, if confirmed, will integrate four or five reports of crime not only in relation to 256 officers but also to the state, INPS and the court may pronounce that erroneous judgments based on false allegations, false or even non-existent. To have that peace of mind, right?
